Do you want total control – or someone to do it all?
There are two types of SMSF trustees.
The first is essentially someone who wants to take as much control and ownership of their SMSF and its day-to-day operation as possible.
The second wants to get away from the whole process. They want advisors to looking after their money, watching the market, leave no stone unturned when it comes to opportunities, structures and strategies, estate planning, legislative changes and personal decisions, completing the paperwork and taking responsibility for meeting all compliance requirements.
While the majority of Segue’s clients fall into the second category there is an increasing trend to the first where the trustee(s) doesn’t want to see an adviser. All they want is the administration, audit, and lodgement of the tax return completed accurately and on time each year.
Whichever category you fall into Segue can help. Call Simon or Joy for more information.
